Install Kuailian on Mac: drag the icon into Applications
Open the dmg and drag Kuailian into Applications — do not live off the desktop alias. If macOS blocks the first launch, use Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.

The client sits in the top-right menu bar. No Dock icon does not mean setup failed. After closing the lid, click the menu-bar icon to reconnect.
