Which Mac download?

• Use the Mac card. Don't mix Intel and Apple silicon; check About This Mac if unsure.

Unidentified developer?

• System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Skip cracked packages.

No menu-bar icon after connect?

• The bar may be hidden. If the icon is there but traffic fails, quit other VPN apps first.

Same account on iPhone?

• Yes. Concurrent devices follow your plan — sign out of an old device if you hit the cap.
